A recent addition to Calspan Business Park is The Eatery.  This 10,000 sq/ft communal space is open to all tenants. The space is accessible 24/7 with food service for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Within The Eatery you will find:

• A full-service restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, and a full catering menu
• A modern and comfortable eating space
• Three conference rooms that can be reserved for meetings and events
• An auditorium that can be used for special events
• Access to a sunny courtyard
• Free wifi access

The Eatery @ Calspan menu includes artisan salads & sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and specialty coffee & teas, as well as a wide variety of grill items, Buffalo favorites, daily specials and desserts to satisfy any palate.

Entertain @ The Park

For larger gatherings, the Calspan Business Park features an auditorium that can be configured for training sessions, luncheons, group sessions, or any way you would like for groups up to 250.

Calspan Business Park is home to a 24/hour fitness center, exclusive to Calspan Business Park employees, which features:

At Calspan Business Park, we know how important it is to be able to connect with others to get your work done.

• We offer on-site conference rooms with all the business and catering necessities.
• A majority of the national service providers onsite and ready to use, including Spectrum, Verizon, and Level3. If your preferred provider isn’t already established on site, we will work with you to get the services you need.
• Transwave microwave connectivity available on-site.
• We have daily onsite pick up for U.S. Postal Service, USPS, and FedEx packages.  Skip the drive and long lines. Simply bring your labeled packages down to our designated parcel drop off area and we’ll take care of the rest.

The business park has 24/7 security onsite with customizable in-suite security options.

• Add-on services can be included for an additional nominal fee
• Newly renovated spaces have in-unit climate control, connected to a state-of-the-art HVAC system
• The campus is powered and supported by two separate substations allowing for immediate back up in the event of a disruption
