A recent addition to Calspan Business Park is The Eatery. This 10,000 sq/ft communal space is open to all tenants. The space is accessible 24/7 with food service for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Within The Eatery you will find:

For larger gatherings, the Calspan Business Park features an auditorium that can be configured for training sessions, luncheons, group sessions, or any way you would like for groups up to 250.

- A majority of the national service providers onsite and ready to use, including Spectrum, Verizon, and Level3. If your preferred provider isn’t already established on site, we will work with you to get the services you need.

- We have daily onsite pick up for U.S. Postal Service, USPS, and FedEx packages. Skip the drive and long lines. Simply bring your labeled packages down to our designated parcel drop off area and we’ll take care of the rest.
