Calspan Business Park provides management services with a friendly and personal touch. We not only maintain the appearance and operations of our spaces, we also are in constant contact with our tenants to ensure we’re doing everything we can to support the success of their business.

Our highly trained workforce consists of skilled electricians, plumbers, HVAC, boiler, landscape and janitorial staff who work with pride and a keen sense of urgency. They provide best in class service to our tenants for projects large and small and are available for additional tasks such as painting, rearranging furniture and hanging whiteboards.

The campus recently updated the cafeteria which now offers full catering services and a daily breakfast and lunch menu. The cafeteria has WiFi, lots of seating, and tons of TV's! It’s great to have this modern and comfortable space to take a quick break from the office or to meet with colleagues, and a major plus is how delicious, quick and healthy the food is.
