Locally owned since 2005 by John Yurtchuk and Lou Knotts, our premium location is home to both light industrial and Class A office space, offering tenants flexibility depending on their business needs.

Having a history of being a research and scientific laboratory, Calspan Business Park has the ability to serve a variety of industries with large open spaces to fit anything from research equipment to an extensive workspace. Calspan Business Park offers in-house construction capabilities, projects range from upgrades to full-scale build outs and new construction.

Tenants at Calspan Business Park enjoy all of the same benefits as Calspan employees; access to the fitness center, on-campus restaurant, plentiful on-site parking, and business owners get the peace of mind knowing that the property is managed by an on-site staff and security department. Our History

The iconic yellow brick building across from the Buffalo Niagara Airport has been a constant in the Buffalo-Niagara region since 1943. The then research laboratory for the Curtiss-Wright Airplane Division has since evolved to what we know today as the Calspan Business Park, home to its largest tenant Calspan Corporation. Calspan Corporation, primarily a research and test facility, has evolved over time with various names and owners, but the one thing that still rings true is that 4455 Genesee Street is home to innovation.

  • In 1999, Calspan Business Park’s first tenant began occupancy.
  • In 2005, Calspan was purchased by its current owners who began numerous campus improvements.  A front parking lot was added from Genesee Street for easy accessibility, amenities such as on-site gym and full service cafe were updated.
