My clients love the convenient location of the business park in addition to the ease of parking. I have been impressed by the historical and ongoing improvements that have been made to the property. The maintenance, service, and security staff have all been outstanding!

The campus recently updated the cafeteria which now offers full catering services and a daily breakfast and lunch menu. The cafeteria has WiFi, lots of seating, and tons of TV's! It’s great to have this modern and comfortable space to take a quick break from the office or to meet with colleagues, and a major plus is how delicious, quick and healthy the food is.

Since our first meeting with Steve, my company has been welcomed and appreciated as a tenant at the Calspan Business Park. Their staff is always professional, attentive and respectful of our needs. I have also enjoyed the opportunities to network with the various Calspan business units and other tenants at the complex.
